This SMM panel FAQ answers what FastGoSMM customers ask most: how to add funds (from PKR 100 by Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, bank transfer or crypto), how to place and track an order, what each order status means for your balance, and how refills and cancellations work.
These SMM panel questions and answers are grouped by topic, and each answer takes under a minute to read. If yours is not covered, the support section at the end shows how to reach a person 24/7.
FastGoSMM is a Pakistani SMM panel: a website where you buy followers, likes, views and similar services for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram and other platforms by pasting a public link. More than 4,500 services are listed, priced in PKR by default. New to panels? Read what an SMM panel is and how it works first.
Yes. The full FastGoSMM services list is public. Each row shows the service ID, name, rate per 1,000, minimum and maximum order, and average time, so you can compare options before depositing anything. To see how those rates stack up against other panels, read the guide on finding the cheapest SMM panel in Pakistan.
No. FastGoSMM never asks for the password of your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other account. Orders only need the public link to a profile, post or video. If someone claiming to be FastGoSMM support asks for a password or login code, do not share it, and report it through the official WhatsApp or email channels.
On FastGoSMM, log in, open the add funds page in your dashboard, pick a payment method, enter an amount and complete the payment. Deposits are automated, so the money usually appears in your balance within seconds. That balance then pays for every order you place, so there is no separate checkout each time you buy a service.
Customers in Pakistan can pay with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or a bank transfer from any major Pakistani bank. International customers pay with crypto through Cryptomus or Binance Pay. Every method tops up the same account balance, so a JazzCash deposit one week and a bank transfer the next both end up in one place.

The payment methods FastGoSMM accepts in Pakistan, plus crypto for international customers, with the PKR 100 minimum deposit.
The minimum deposit on FastGoSMM is PKR 100. That low floor makes a first test easy: load a small amount, place one small order and see how the service behaves before adding more. Each service also has its own minimum order quantity, shown in the min/max column of the services list.
Create a free account, add funds, then choose a service from the services list and click Order. Paste the public link of the profile or post, enter a quantity between the minimum and maximum for that service, and submit. The cost comes off your balance straight away, and the order appears in Order History.
Paste the public link to exactly what the service targets: a profile link for followers, or a post or video link for likes, views and comments. The profile or post must stay public while the order runs, because the service cannot reach private content. A wrong or private link can make an order fail or stall.
Service names carry short labels that describe how each service behaves. A refill label (No Refill, 30 Days, R30 or Lifetime) gives the refill period. A speed label such as 10K/Day shows the daily pace. Start time notes say when delivery begins, and drop notes (Low Drop, Non Drop, %10-20 Drop) tell you how much may fall off later.

Read the labels before you order: they tell you refill, speed, start and drop.
Drip-feed splits one order into smaller runs with a set interval between them, so delivery is spread over time instead of landing at once. For example, 1,000 likes could go out as 10 runs of 100. Drip-feed only works on services that support it. The guide to SMM panel features compares it with mass order and other tools.
Every order in Order History carries one status. Pending means received and waiting to start, In progress or Processing means delivery is running, and Completed means the full quantity arrived. Partial, Canceled and Fail mean something was not delivered, and the undelivered or unused amount is refunded, as the table shows.
| Status | What it means | What happens to your balance |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Order received, waiting to start | Charged, nothing to do yet |
| In progress / Processing | Delivery is running | Charged |
| Completed | Full quantity delivered | Charged in full |
| Partial | Only part of the quantity was delivered | The undelivered part is refunded to your balance |
| Canceled | Order stopped | Charge refunded; if the supplier cancels after delivery started, the unused amount is refunded |
| Fail | Order could not be placed | Charge refunded |

How an order moves from Pending to its final status, and what each ending means for your balance.
Each service shows an average time in the services list. FastGoSMM calculates that figure from real completed orders on the same service, so it reflects recent delivery rather than a promise. Services without enough completed orders show an estimated range instead. The delivery time guide explains start times, speed labels and what slows an order down.
Order statuses on FastGoSMM sync automatically about every 60 seconds, so you never need to ask support to move an order along. Refresh Order History to see the latest state. If an order sits in Pending well past the average time listed for its service, open a support ticket with the order ID.
On FastGoSMM, open Order History and find the order. If its refill period is still running, a Refill button appears; click it to send the request. The button may then show a wait such as "Refill in Xh" before you can ask again. Requests are tracked on the Refills page. When the period ends, the button changes to "Refill period ended".
Only services with a refill period in their name, such as 30 Days, R30 or Lifetime. A service marked No Refill has no Refill button at all. FastGoSMM's terms also say a refill stays valid only while the account details remain unchanged, so changing a profile's username during the refill period can block the refill.
Some FastGoSMM services allow cancellation before delivery starts. On those services, a Cancel button appears for the order in Order History while it is still waiting; click it to stop the order and the charge is refunded. Services without that option cannot be canceled by the customer. Other refund cases follow the refund policy.
No. These platforms have rules against artificial engagement. YouTube's fake engagement policy bars services that inflate views, likes and subscribers, and TikTok's integrity and authenticity guidelines treat selling followers or likes as fake engagement. Platforms can remove bought followers, likes or views, so any purchase carries that risk.
Yes. Drops happen when a platform removes accounts or engagement, and no panel can fully prevent that. FastGoSMM marks services with drop notes such as Low Drop, Non Drop or %10-20 Drop so you know what to expect, and refill services let you request top-ups during the refill period. A Non Drop label describes expected behavior, not a guarantee.
No panel can promise that, and FastGoSMM does not. Because FastGoSMM never needs your password, your login stays with you, but platform rules still apply to the engagement itself. If you go ahead, start with a small test order to see how a service behaves, and do not count on bought numbers to earn monetization or brand deals.
Yes. Resellers can connect their own website or panel through the FastGoSMM API and place orders automatically, paid from the same account balance. The API documentation covers the services list, adding orders (including drip-feed), order status, balance, refills and cancellations. Your API key comes with your account.
The child panel is a white-label SMM panel: your own branded website with its own domain, logo, users and price list, running on FastGoSMM services in the background. Your customers order on your site, the order passes to FastGoSMM, and the cost comes from your FastGoSMM balance. Setup steps are on the SMM child panel page.
Yes, with Mass order. Enter one order per line in the format service ID | link | quantity, and the panel places them all in one go. It saves real time for resellers and agencies handling many profiles, but read every line before submitting, because each line is charged to your balance as a separate order.
FastGoSMM support is available 24/7 by WhatsApp and by email at Fastgosmm@gmail.com, and you can open a support ticket from your dashboard. WhatsApp suits quick questions, while a ticket keeps the full history of an order problem in one thread. Either way, FastGoSMM help does not wait for office hours.

The support box on FastGoSMM: one button opens a WhatsApp chat, the other starts an email to the support team.
Most deposits appear within seconds because the process is automated. If several minutes pass and your balance has not changed, do not pay a second time. Keep the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment and send it to support on WhatsApp, by email or in a ticket, so the team can match the payment to your account.
Include your order ID, the service ID, the link you used, and a short note on what you expected versus what you see. For payment questions, add the method, the amount and the transaction ID. With those details the team can check the order or deposit straight away instead of coming back with follow-up questions.
Most issues come down to three things: the link, the order status and the refill period, and the answers above cover all three. Keep this FastGoSMM FAQ bookmarked for quick checks, and if something still looks wrong, message support with your order ID. Ready to start? Open the services list and place a small first order.
