FastGoSMM

Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This Refund Policy explains when FastGoSMM returns money for an order, how refunds are paid, and how to ask for help. It applies to every order placed on fastgosmm.com, through the website or the API.

1. How refunds are paid

Refunds for orders are added back to your FastGoSMM account balance automatically. You can use that balance for new orders straight away. Refunds are not paid to a bank account, wallet or card unless support agrees to it in writing (see section 5).

2. Orders that are refunded

  • Canceled orders: if an order is canceled and nothing is delivered, the full charge for that order goes back to your balance.
  • Partial orders: if an order is marked Partial, only part of the quantity was delivered. The charge for the undelivered part (the "remains") goes back to your balance.
  • Failed orders: if an order fails before it starts, the charge is returned to your balance.

These refunds happen automatically when the order status updates. You can see each refund in your account history.

3. Orders that are not refunded

  • Orders that were delivered in full (status Completed).
  • Orders placed with a wrong link, a private account, a deleted post or a changed username. Make sure the link is public and correct before ordering.
  • Orders placed twice for the same link at the same time, where the first order affected the second one.
  • Drops after delivery on services with no refill. Services marked "No Refill" are not covered for drops.
  • Changes made by the social media platform itself, such as removed likes, followers or views.

4. Refills

Some services include a refill period (for example 30 days, 365 days or lifetime). If a refill service drops within its refill period, request a refill from your orders page instead of a refund. Refill terms belong to each service and are shown in the service name and description.

5. Deposits and balance withdrawals

Money added to your balance is meant for orders on FastGoSMM. If a payment was charged twice, added in error, or your balance cannot be used, contact support with your payment details. Each request is reviewed case by case, and you may be asked to show proof of payment.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Accounts with an open dispute may be suspended until it is resolved.

7. How to ask for help

Open a support ticket from your account or contact us on WhatsApp or by email, with your order ID and a short description of the problem. You can find all contact options on the contact page, and answers to common questions in the FAQ.
