A Telegram SMM panel is a website where you buy Telegram channel and group members, post views, reactions and bot starts by pasting a public link and paying a rate per 1,000. On 14 October 2026, FastGoSMM listed 632 Telegram services, starting at Rs0.46 per 1,000 single-post views, about Rs69 per 1,000 members and Rs669.81 per 1,000 premium members. Telegram limits accounts that spam, so bought numbers give a channel a starting look, not a real audience.
This page is for Pakistani channel owners, group admins, bot builders and resellers. It covers what each Telegram service costs in rupees, what the labels in a service name mean, how to order with a public link, and where Telegram's own rules draw the line.
Key takeaways
A Telegram SMM panel (social media marketing panel) is a self-service dashboard that resells Telegram engagement in bulk. You add funds to a balance, choose a service such as channel members or post views, paste the public link of your channel, post or bot, set a quantity and the panel's suppliers deliver it. You never share your password or login code.
Two Telegram terms trip people up. A channel is a one-way broadcast whose followers Telegram calls subscribers, and it has no subscriber limit. A group is a chat where everyone can post, and Telegram's FAQ caps it at 200,000 members. Panels sell both under the word "members", so check that a service says "Channel/Group" if you run a group.
If panels are new to you, our explainer on how an SMM panel works covers the basics. The rest of this page is only about Telegram.
FastGoSMM sorts its Telegram services into 63 categories, but they fall into about eleven types. The table counts every Telegram row on the live services page on 14 October 2026 and gives the lowest rate per 1,000 in each type.

Lowest rate per 1,000 for eight Telegram service types on FastGoSMM, 14 October 2026.
One note on the members figure: a single no-refill members row was listed at Rs12.35, far below every other member service, so the table starts from the next price. Prices follow supplier rates and can change, so check the live services list before you order.
Members are the number people judge first when they open a channel. FastGoSMM had 164 standard member services, with a middle price of about Rs254 per 1,000. The cheapest rows sat between Rs69.37 and Rs86.71, mostly zero-drop services, some with a 30 or 60 day guarantee, while country-targeted and long-refill rows ran up to Rs757.48.
Check the maximum too. Many member services accept up to 1,000,000 per order, but a group stops at 200,000 members, so a big order on a group that is already half full will not complete.
Premium members are accounts with Telegram Premium, the paid subscription that shows a badge next to the user's name. They cost far more: from Rs669.81 to Rs10,405.20 per 1,000 across 70 services. Names state a premium period and a guarantee, and the price climbs with them. In the "Big Base VIP" category, 14 days of premium with guarantee was Rs1,430.72 and 365 days was Rs7,348.57.
Premium members change how the member list looks. Joining is not the same as boosting, though: Telegram channels level up through boosts that Premium users choose to give, and no FastGoSMM service is sold as channel boosts.
Telegram shows a view counter under every channel post, and that counter also counts views of forwarded copies. Panels sell three kinds of views. Single-post views go on one post link (from Rs0.46). "Last N post" views spread across your most recent 5 to 1,000 posts (from Rs5.25 for the last 5). Auto future views wait for posts you have not published yet, from Rs8.21 for the next 5 posts up to Rs1,642.62 for the next 1,000.
Auto views suit a channel that posts daily, because each new message gets views without a fresh order. Single-post views suit one announcement you want to push.
Reactions are the emoji counts under a post, and they are the largest Telegram group on the panel with 232 services plus 7 auto-reaction services. Single-emoji packs with views started at Rs3.86 per 1,000, mixed positive packs at Rs4.52, and some "Lifetime Refill" reaction-and-views rows sat between Rs6.50 and Rs10.82.
Before you order, open your channel settings. Telegram lets admins switch reactions on and choose which emoji are allowed, so an order for an emoji you have disabled cannot land. The list also includes negative packs (thumbs down and similar). Use reactions only on your own posts.
Bot starts raise the user count of a Telegram bot when someone presses Start. Regular bot starts began at Rs25.09 (no refill) and Rs31.18 (lifetime refill). Premium bot starts, from Premium accounts, cost Rs1,820.91 to Rs3,890.41. A separate "Smart AI Keyword Search" group sells bot starts that arrive through Telegram search, at Rs173.42 or Rs216.78 for a named country.
The smaller types are niche tools. Post shares (Rs19.05 to Rs21.72) forward a post, which also adds to its view counter. Story views start at Rs30.28, or Rs119.05 for a named country. Poll votes run from Rs108.08 to Rs190.24. Comments are the costliest, from Rs778.10 per 1,000 for random comments from a named country to Rs5,419.46 for a private comment service.
Country targeting is only real when the service name says so. On 14 October 2026, FastGoSMM had Telegram services named for the USA, Arab countries, India, Russia, China, Iran, the UK, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Italy, Israel and a few others. Everything else is worldwide, with no promise about where the accounts come from.
If your audience is Pakistani, be clear about this: no Telegram service on the list targets Pakistan. Worldwide members will raise the count, but they will not read Urdu posts or buy from a Lahore shop.
Some members leave every channel over time. The labels in a service name tell you how much of that loss the supplier covers, and they are the biggest factor in price after the service type.

One Telegram members category on the live services page: the same service at ten refill periods, from Rs216.14 to Rs268.02 per 1,000.
| Label in the name | What it means |
|---|---|
| No Refill | Drops after delivery are not replaced. Cheapest, best for tests. |
| 30 Days, 90 Days, R30, R90 | You can request a refill for drops during that many days. |
| Lifetime Refill | The longest refill the supplier offers. Read the service description for its terms. |
| Low Drop, 0% Drop, Zero Drop, Non Drop | The supplier's claim about how many leave. A claim, not a promise. |
| Guarantee (for example 30 Days Guarantee) | Another way suppliers write a refill period. Check the description to confirm. |
| Cancel Enable | You can cancel before delivery starts (35 Telegram services). |
| 50K/Day, 100K/Day | The supplier's stated delivery speed. |
Do not assume a longer refill always costs more. In the "Fast Server" members category, the 3-day refill row (Rs224.81) cost more than the 7-day row (Rs220.46). Compare the rows side by side.
When a service has a refill period, a Refill button appears in Order History for that order. After a request you may see a waiting time ("Refill in Xh"), and when the period ends the button changes to "Refill period ended". Refill requests are tracked on the Refills page.
Speed belongs to the service, not the panel. Each Telegram row shows a stated speed in its name, such as 50K/Day, and an average time column. FastGoSMM calculates that average from real completed orders on that service, and shows an estimated range where there are not enough orders yet.
The two can disagree. In the "Telegram Members [ Refill Button Working ]" category, six rows with the same 50k/day label showed average times from 1-2 minutes to 1-3 hours on 14 October. If timing matters for a launch, pick by average time first and price second. Our guide to how SMM delivery time is measured explains the maths for big orders.
Ordering takes a few minutes once your balance is topped up. The only thing that goes wrong often is the link, so copy it from a public channel and match it to the service type.

The ordering flow for any Telegram service, from sign-up to Order History.
Private channels are the common snag. The services are built around public links, and one premium row even notes that a public link gets better speed. If your channel is private, make it public for the order or ask support first.
If an order stops early, its status shows Partial and the undelivered part goes back to your balance. Canceled and failed orders are refunded to the balance too, as set out in the FastGoSMM refund policy.
A Telegram SMM panel is safe for your login, because you only share a public link. It is not risk-free for the channel. Telegram's rules forbid using the app to spam or scam users, Telegram can limit accounts reported for spam, and its ad platform rejects services that inflate followers. Bought members can leave, and they do not read your posts.
Here is what Telegram itself says, as of October 2026:
The Terms do not mention bought members or views by name. That is not permission. Telegram clearly treats metric inflation as spam-like, and it can change how it enforces that at any time.
The practical risks are easier to see. Members drop. A channel with 20,000 members and 150 views per post looks wrong to anyone who checks. Bot starts do not turn into bot users. None of it brings customers on its own. Keep orders in proportion: if you add members, add views and a few reactions so the numbers fit together, and keep posting content worth reading.
Start with what visitors see first and what looks most out of place. A brand-new channel usually needs a base of members with a refill period. A channel that already has members but quiet posts gets more from auto future views, which cover new posts as you publish them. Reactions come after that, in small numbers that match your views.
Bot builders should begin with a small regular bot start order on a refill service before trying premium starts at ten times the price. Whatever you choose, run a test at the service minimum first, then scale the row that held up.

Test at the service minimum first, then scale the row that held up.
If you sell Telegram members or views to clients, you can connect your own site to FastGoSMM through the FastGoSMM API, or launch a branded storefront with an SMM child panel. Mass order lets you place many Telegram orders at once, one per line (service ID | link | quantity), which helps when one client runs several channels.
No panel is fastest on every service, because each Telegram service has its own supplier and speed. On FastGoSMM, compare the average time column, which comes from real completed orders. On 14 October 2026, 74 Telegram services showed an average time of 1-2 minutes.
Yes. International customers pay with crypto through Cryptomus or Binance Pay. The panel can also show prices in USD instead of PKR. Card payments are not available yet.
On services that support drip-feed, yes. You split one order into runs with an interval, so delivery is spread over time instead of arriving in one jump. If a Telegram service does not show the drip-feed option, place smaller orders a day or two apart.
Do not expect them to. Members, views and reactions are sold as separate services, which is why a channel with bought members still shows low views until you order views or grow a real readership.
No. Every Telegram order needs only the public link of the channel, group, post or bot. FastGoSMM never asks for your password, login code or admin rights, and no panel should.
A good Telegram SMM panel shows you the real price per 1,000 in rupees, the refill period, the drop claim and an average time based on real orders, and asks for nothing but a public link. FastGoSMM's 632 Telegram services cover members, premium members, views, reactions, bot starts and more, with PKR payments from Rs100. Test small, match the link to the service, and remember that Telegram treats inflated numbers as spam. Open a free account when you are ready to place a first test order.
